My first MMO.

I have a bit of a different experience with online games than most. My first real MMORPG was a little game out of Germany called Tibia. I was in probably the 3rd or 4th grade and it was the first game that I really played online. (Backyard Football doesn't count. Shit, now I'm going to have to do a whole post on Humongous Entertainment...) With my crappy dial up connection and my shitty old computer I joined a world full of Brazilian kids ganking everyone in sight and losing all my gear when I take my first steps out of the noob zone. That place was brutal, but for some reason I just kept coming back. It didn't take very long for my virtual ADD to set in. I'm amazed I ever even made it out of the starter zone.

The game has decent enough 2D graphics, 4 classes, and some pretty brutal PvP should you choose to take part. It hasn't really changed much since I first played (It's been awhile since I myself have played it). It has quite a bit of content for free players and it doesn't feel like you're being locked behind a paywall either. I highly suggest you go and try this game if you're feeling a bit nostalgic.
